L’Epicurien
L'Epicurean is located at The Bosc village in the Languedoc area
of France, close to Montpellier and the Mediterranean sea. Prepared
by hand, under the generous sun of Provence, these jams are crafted
in the old French tradtion by a master jam maker, one cauldron
at a time. Thanks to this unique cooking process, the deep and
rich colors of the fruits together with their delicate flavors
are highly revealed. A perfect belnd between fleshy fruits and
natural cane sugar.
Apricot Jam: Made with tree-ripened apricots, this jam is the richest
and fruitiest jam we have ever tasted, with a fruit contest of
over 65g of fruit. Perfect with creamy, soft-ripened cheeses and
also stirred into Greek yogurt.
Fig: Not overly-sweet and full of fruit, ever-popular fig makes
this jam a special accompaniemnet to cured meats and cheeses.
Caramelized Apple w/ Calvados: This is a truly special flavor,
made with apples cooked down to perfection then blended with a
touch of Calvados apple brandy. Excellent on French toast, pancakes,
brioche, and even with pork!

is the perfect all-around crowd pleaser of a jam. Rich and fruity,

Uncle Joe's Mint Balls
A one hundred year-old recipe from Lancashire in Northern England
yields these outstanding mint candies. Their unique color is due
to an utter lack of any additives.
Uncle Joe's Mint Balls made
in Wigan out of Blackpool in the north of England. Made simply
from sugar, cream of tartar and mint oil for over 100 years. Hard
boiled and kneaded by hand and then formed into a small round,
and wrapped by machine.
